The elements of the Winewall are made from carefully selected walnut wood. This tree is cut down following traditions (appropriate season, moon position, etc.). The wood is rolled into boards and plates, the bark is removed. Plates are then folded for several years in a stack for a naturally dried process.

Dried wood is then cut off to smaller pieces and gets into the drying process again. After the appropriate humidity, the plates are cut in proper elements and followed by planing, alignment, thickening, cross adhesion process, and medium-fine grinding.

After finishing mechanical treatment, manual fine grinding is carried out. Natural wax treatment is manually applied. After 24 hours of drying a slight fine grinding process and some wax-treatment is repeated. The texture of walnut wood comes to life.
