Actually, two different variants were presented. Variant one with the new bridge for bicycles and pedestrians and the second variant with a completely new traffic road bridge, replacing the existing old bridge. The existing bridge is loaded with heavy traffic (Reka-Ilirska Bistrica) and dangerous. There is also lack of space for cyclists and pedestrians for modern standards. An additional hydraulic study is expected in the near future documentation process.
