An elderly couple wanted a complete ground floor renovation and a new landscape design. The intended use of the ground floor and garden is weekend leisure. We adjusted their desire to minimal maintenance of the external arrangement with permanent washed and brushed white cement concrete pavement with natural local stone - “škrle”. We preserved evergreen and permanent greenery plants, which gradually passes into the nearby forest. Everything had to be custom made, from concrete elements to garden table. A special parametric modular roofing system was developed for all the larch wood roofs around the house and above the summer kitchen.
