Operation Lesarius is a “7-sense” interactive woodworking museum that seeks inspiration in the rich Slovenian and local heritage. The museum can be found in the heart of Slovenia, on the hill called Velika Preska. Here you can experience most of the woodworking skills by yourself! Imagine, feel, use, and make a product. Experience how a traditional carpenter works things out, how a wheelwright makes a wheel, how a cooper makes a barrel, and how the wood gets carved.

You can really feel the wood trough creativity and intuition in this museum, which is especially educative for children that are learning the skills for life and respect for the nature. We sincerely hope that the time will come when we see each other in the museum workshop as soon as possible.
