Residential area on Kampolin, Lucija, with its unconventional placement of an object into the leaning terrain, is providing a modern lifestyle in green surroundings, despite the dense nearby residential area. The building is semicircularly placed between the two steep slopes, creating a new park area with a sea-view on its roof. This results, despite the estimated 27 new residential units in enlarged public park areas, the local residents long for. As a result the building seems like it is fused with the natural slope in a natural organic form. A project provides a technical solution also for the water-issues of the nearby terraced-houses, fully complying with the landscape arrangement of the project.
