This old house from 1880 was completely renovated in purpose for a long term rent. It is located in the center of Izola - an old fishing town with a rich history. The hose is a 3min walk from the sea.
New wood and concrete structural elements were done here. The roof and all three outside walls were built from scratch. The main facade was renovated since it is protected as a cultural heritage as part of Izola old town. Electricity, plumbing, and sewage system were also made from scratch according to modern technical demands. The ground floor area offers a small patio where an outside shower is available. The interior area of the ground floor is heated. Each floor has a separate AC unit.

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms + a small toilet cabinet on the ground floor.
