This is a ground floor renovation of an old house from 1900. The wall structure is partly stone partly brick and also some concrete. The house was repaired and extended many times with different materials and additional small spaces. The new living room has a useful extension to the garden through panoramic doors which is very convenient in the summertime. Living and dining room are combined into a larger much brighter room. Additional floor heating was installed. Wall insulation was not needed due to 50 to 60 cm of stone wall thickness.
