Simple and open space house of approx 160 m2. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one open living space with a dining room and a bright kitchen. The stairway landing offers a nice living room view and an office corner on the other side with a panoramic sea view. The volume under the stairs is used for a small apartment. The driveway is cut in the terrain to offer a nice and clean view from the garden side.
